At New Zealand Equine Solutions, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Each item and installation is carefully checked to ensure it meets our high standards.
Because our products are often custom-made or installed to order, we don’t offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase. However, you can always rely on your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.
Depending on the situation, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in line with the CGA.

Photos showing the fault or damage
A brief description of the issue
Once assessed, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exclusions
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.
Normal wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow care/installation instructions are not covered under warranty.
